Last week, the Stamford Minds campaign conducted activities at the Rama9 and Hua Hin campuses to promote mental health and well-being awareness and practices. As part of this initiative, the Stamford Minds team created a pamphlet with information on how to identify common mental health issues and where to get support (available at student counseling offices) and will commit to posting regular content to raise awareness about maintaining a healthy mind on our student social media platforms. Students who joined workshops last week learned relaxation techniques (with Aj. Masayo), friendship skills (with One More Friends Club), and the integral components of being a healthy human (with Aj. Pierre), all part of a holistic approach to maintaining a healthy mind as a student!
