Dr. Anna has over 45 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry. She also has numerous years of experience in delivering hospitality management education in countries such as New Zealand, China and the Seychelles. She holds a D.Ed. form the University of Liverpool, UK and a Master’s degree form the University of South Australia, Adelaide.
