He has been invited to teach entrepreneurial leadership, human resources management, and business strategy as Visiting Professor at various universities in Europe and Asia e.g. Ravensburg-Weingarten University, Germany, University Carlos III of Madrid, Spain, and Meijo University, Japan since 2012.
