Doctor of Philosophy Program in Business Administration

The 3-year Ph.D. B.A. program is a full-time study program in a dynamic interactive learning environment. The program employs international perspectives and cross-cultural experiences to give students an in-depth understanding of global business and help students improve business research skills. Learn with experienced faculty members from many nationalities. At Stamford, learners have opportunities to meet, hear from, and be instructed by domestic and international lecturers, visiting professors, and researchers, with a chance to participate in domestic or international conferences, research projects, article writing training, or seminars.

Study Plan Options:
Design your own study plan with research based or coursework and dissertation hybrid options:

Plan 1.1 – Research Based (required foundation courses (noncredit) and dissertation 65 Credits)
Plan 2.1 – Coursework and Research (required foundation and professional courses 8 credits, elective courses 10 credits, and dissertation 47 credits) total 65 credits.

Admission Criteria

Master’s degree from an accredited institution, with a GPA of minimum 3.0 /4.0 (or equivalent).
Complete an entrance exam and sit for an admission interview, in order to be accepted to the Ph.D. in Business Administration program.
