Dr. Ye got a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, working in Educational Programs at Graduate School level for more than 14 years; published more than a hundred research papers in journals at the TCI and international levels; and had won “President Award”, “National Outstanding Student Award from China MOE”, “St. Thomas Research Award” “Researcher of the Year 2022 Award” in Thailand.
