Position: Domestic Admissions Counselor

Campus: Rama 9 Campus

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, providing information about academic programs, admission requirements, and the application process.
  • Conduct individual and group admissions counseling sessions, both in-person and virtually, to assist students in making informed decisions about their educational goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high schools, colleges, and educational agencies to promote the university and recruit prospective students.
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events, such as college fairs, information sessions, and campus tours, to engage with prospective students and their families.
  • Assist with the evaluation of applications, including reviewing transcripts, test scores, and other application materials, to determine eligibility for admission.
  • Provide support and guidance to admitted students throughout the enrollment process, including assisting with visa applications, housing arrangements, and orientation activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Psychology, Education, Counseling, English, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales,counseling, student recruitment, or a similar role preferred.
  • Fluent in both English and Thai, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of students and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of higher education systems and admission processes in Thailand is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications.

Position: International Admissions Counselor (Foreign Nationals)

Campus: Rama 9 Campus

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary contact for prospective international students, providing information about academic programs, admission requirements, and application procedures.
  • Communicate with prospective students through various channels, including email, phone calls, and online chat, to address inquiries and assist with application-related issues.
  • Conduct individual consultations with prospective students to understand their academic backgrounds, career goals, and interests, and provide personalized guidance on program selection and application strategies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of international applicants, including participation in recruitment events and activities both domestically and internationally.
  • Collaborate with other university departments to ensure a seamless admissions process for international students, including coordinating document submission, evaluating applications, and facilitating enrollment procedures.
  • Stay informed about changes in immigration policies and procedures relevant to international students and provide updated information and guidance as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in sales, international student recruitment, admissions counseling, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of international education systems, visa regulations, and immigration processes is desirable.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Position: International Admissions Counselor (Chinese and English speaker)

Campus: Rama 9 Campus

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with international students and their families, providing detailed information about the university, courses, and admission requirements, answering their inquiries, and assisting them in completing the admission process.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with potential international students through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings, promoting understanding and trust in the university.
  • Assist international students in visa procedures, providing necessary support and guidance to ensure they complete pre-enrollment preparations smoothly.
  • Organize and participate in admissions and promotional events targeting international students, both online and offline, including campus tours, to enhance the university’s international visibility.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to coordinate various tasks, ensure smooth international admissions processes, and provide necessary support and assistance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Marketing, Psychology, Media, Journalism, Communication, or related fields.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Thai being advantageous.
  • Candidates with overseas study or work experience are being advantageous.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and interpersonal skills, capable of effective communication and collaboration with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities, able to work efficiently under pressure.

Position: Marketing Coordinator

Campus: Rama 9 Campus

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of marketing activities, including event planning, advertising campaigns, and new media operations, to enhance the university’s brand visibility and attract prospective students.
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing plans, including market research, content creation, and social media management.
  • Coordinate marketing projects and initiatives, working closely with the marketing team to ensure timely and successful execution.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and provide insights to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Support the Admission Team in various tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising,Journalism,Communications,Digital media or related fields.
  • Previous experience in marketing, event planning, or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in writing and editing with the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences while ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency in Thai and English, proficiency in additional languages is advantageous..
  • Proficiency in Video, graphic design and other editing software(PS, AI, CAD, PR, AU or etc,.) , Mircosoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in photography, filming, video editing, and creative experience are preferred.

Position: Full-time lecturer, Applied Global Communication Program

Campus: Hua Hin Campus

Required qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in English, English or American Literature, Linguistics, English Linguistics, Applied Linguistics, English Studies, English Education, English Language Teaching, or other related fields
  • At least one research publication in the past three years
  • At least three years of university-level teaching experiences
  • At least two year of experiences in student advising and student career development
  • Ability to work effectively and constructively with persons of diverse cultural backgrounds

Preferred qualifications:
